I would like to know how good magtech ammo is and what is good to use in a Glock 17 and then as well for a colt cobra .38 spl self defence load only please on all above.


Magtech brand is the only ammo I can get from my gun shop is FD38A ammo to hot ? shoud i just go for the standard load. Self defence only carry ammoA will the cobra handle this or is it dangerous to shoot the magtech FD
It will only be for carry ammo ? I am just afraid when I need it the gun blow up. Will only carry it wil not shoot with it


Used to colts were the best gun around, now they don't make any double action revolvers, and nothing that's really thought well of, I love their old guns, diamondbacks, cobras, etc.

I have a colt Cobra with the serial number40227LW. I have been unsuccessful in trying to date it and find a value; can you please helP?


My father bought his colt cobra .38 2inch in 1963 he did shot only 12 rounds of ammo I bought yesterday a colt cobra .38 2 inch as well made in 1976 but can not compare the trigger pull my father colt 1963 trigger pull is much more softer compare to the new cobra i bought with no rounds fire. what should I do to change it
My father gun is also still new and did not go to a gunsmith but can not compare the 1963 and 1976 model the 1963 model trigger pull is soft please tell me why ?

I just purchased a colt cobra for $450. I inspected it, the barrel and firing pin and it looks to have never been shot. The finish is also in mint condition, not a scratch or blimish anywhere. It came with the original box and papers, even though the box is a little beat up I thought it was a heck of a deal on the gun. The serial number is 74368r and the model number is d3425. It is a .38spl with 2 inch barrel and blue finish. Any idea how much it is worth?

My question is how did the gun go out for auction in the first place? Why is it not in police archives? Did the gun go to Jack Ruby's heirs when he died?

I am looking to purchase a king cobra .357 from a friend but she doesn't know exactly what year it was produced. Knowing this will help me find it's value.


i'm a fan of olde english, mickey's ice, king cobra, and colt .45. they are cheap, tasty, and get me drunk with a quickness.


i would have to say OE, followed by King Cobra, and Colt .45 at a close third. OE makes me act a fool, but the king and colt are so smooooth.

(and hey, no chicks complaining that 'it's gross'! go drink an appletini or somethin'.)
